Only after our customer service confirms can it take effect. Otherwise, it will be considered the responsibility of the other party).

4. Our company offers sample making service, and a sample fee of 300 yuan is required. The remaining 200 yuan will be returned after the subsequent order is placed.

5. Small orders, such as dozens of books, can be sent by courier, while large orders are sent by logistics. Shipping can be arranged according to customer requirements.

Customized items are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
