Introduction:
Glass sensor doors, literally understood, are a combination of glass doors with sensor door functions, which can be considered a type of glass door and also a type of sensor door. It is a systematic engineering that uses sensor signals to control the automatic opening of glass doors.
Category:
Glass sensor doors are divided into various types based on their opening methods: sliding glass sensor doors, 90-degree flat-opening glass sensor doors, and curved glass sensor doors, etc.
The door bodies are classified into: aluminum frame glass sensor doors, stainless steel frame glass sensor doors, and frameless full glass sensor doors, etc.
The opening methods by sensing can be divided into: microwave sensing glass doors, hand sensing glass doors, infrared sensing glass doors, and foot sensing glass doors, etc.
Function Expansion:
1) Sensor selection: In hotels and office buildings, high-sensitivity sensors can be selected; for places such as banks and shops along sidewalks where people often pass by, narrow-area sensors should be chosen.
2) Safety Assist Devices: To prevent the occurrence of entrapment events caused by sensors in places like hotels, it is recommended to install anti-entrapment infrared sensors and safety lights.
3) Equip with backup power supply: To ensure that the automatic door can operate normally even during power outages, a backup power supply can be provided.
The composition of the translational glass sensor door includes:
Electrical System
1. Main Controller: It is the command center of the automatic door, which sends corresponding instructions to command the operation of motors or lock systems through large-scale integrated circuits with pre-programmed instructions. At the same time, people can adjust the opening speed and opening range of the door leaves through the main controller.
2. Induction Detector: Responsible for collecting external signals, similar to people's eyes, when a moving object enters its working range, it sends a pulse signal to the main controller.
3. Power Motor: Provides the primary force for opening and closing doors, controlling the acceleration and deceleration of the door operation.
4. Door Track: Just like the railway tracks for a train, the door track constrains the hoist wheel system to guide the door to move in a specific direction.
5. Door Hanger Trolley System: Used to suspend the movable door leaves, and simultaneously drives the door leaves to operate under the power traction.
6. Synchronous belt (some manufacturers use V-belts): Used to transmit the power produced by the motor, pulling the door hanger's wheel system.
7. Lower Guide System: It is the guiding and positioning device at the lower part of the door leaf, preventing the door leaf from swinging back and forth during operation.
door body system:
The door body generally uses tempered glass, with the addition of frame-less glass door clips, stainless steel frames, and aluminum alloy opening mold material frames, or some special materials.
Workflow:
When the motion detector detects someone entering, it sends a pulse signal to the main controller. The main controller judges and then notifies the motor to run. Meanwhile, it monitors the motor's rotation to notify the motor to add force at a certain time and enter slow motion operation. After the motor receives a certain amount of running current, it performs forward operation, transmitting power to the synchronous belt, which then transmits the power to the hoist system to open the door. After the door is opened, the controller makes a judgment. If it needs to close the door, it notifies the motor to perform reverse motion to close the door.
Applicable Scope:
Suitable for hotels, banks, office buildings, shops, etc., the application is very wide.
Using automatic doors can save energy for air conditioning, reduce noise, prevent wind and dust, and at the same time can make our entrances and exits appear dignified.
