01 Color Difference Instructions:Color variations and differences in colors caused by variations in the background, lighting, and monitor resolution may occur due to the different settings. These are beyond control and not considered quality issues. The product should be judged based on the actual item. Most accessories are handcrafted, so those who are concerned about color variations and minor defects should carefully consider before placing an order.
02 Regarding Shipping:After the buyer places the order and pays, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Generally, orders placed and paid for before 4 p.m. will have the goods delivered on the same day. If there is a shortage of items, we will contact you by phone or via Wangwang. During shipping, dedicated staff will verify the shipping list and the items, and once everything is correct, they will be packed into a 5-layer corrugated box lined with bubble wrap before delivery.
03 Logistics and Delivery:The default shipping method we use is Zhongtong. If you need another shipping option, please contact the online customer service. If the shipment does not arrive or if you require the goods urgently, please inform the customer service to arrange delivery via Shunfeng or postal services. For bulk shipments that need to be shipped through logistics companies, please provide the address of the nearest logistics company and the name of the shipping station to facilitate delivery at the shortest possible time and from the nearest location. We must emphasize that neither shipping nor logistics can be controlled by us. Please do not use complaints regarding shipping service attitude or delivery time as a basis for evaluating us.
04 Regarding Signing for Delivery:Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they arrive. If it is signed for by family, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as your signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If any damage occurs during transportation, please directly verify and claim compensation with the delivery personnel or refuse to sign for the goods.
05 Regarding After-sales Service:If there are any quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us promptly. We will provide a response regarding return or exchange, and we will no longer accept such requests after that period. If the quality is satisfactory, no return or exchange will be accepted. Reasons such as personal preference, significant differences from the image, dissatisfaction, or not being as good as expected are subjective factors that do not allow for return or exchange. However, if the product has objective quality issues such as rust, paint peeling, or missing parts, it will be eligible for return or exchange.
