2. Due to special requirements for the advertising umbrella, after completing the renderings, please ensure the layout sent to you is completely accurate. If there are any errors, contact customer service promptly for correction. If no errors are found and corrected, the printing shop shall not be liable. Therefore, please carefully verify both the rendering and detail images to avoid any dissatisfaction between parties. Thank you for your understanding!!
3. After finalizing the layout, arrange production and printing. The production cycle varies depending on the quantity; typically ranging from 6 to 18 days. The exact timeline will be determined through contact with customer service or according to the contract. For details, please call.
4. Due to the special nature of the advertising umbrella, please consider carefully before placing the order. Once the order is placed, no returns or exchanges are allowed, no matter what the reason. Thank you for your understanding!

Note: Return and exchange services are not provided for the following situations

1. If the package is received and opened in front of someone to be signed for and inspected, any damage to the package is the buyer's responsibility.
2. Products that affect secondary sales (lost or damaged labels)
3. Product has been used or damaged due to human action
4. Exceeding the specified deadline (validity is 15 days)
