3. Size Issues: Each product is measured with detailed dimensions, and the measurement method varies from person to person. An error of about 1CM is considered normal. If you blame the seller for a recommended size error after the fact, we apologize but we do not accept this as a reason for a return.
4. Color difference: Color difference is a problem that any online seller cannot avoid. The reasons for color difference are numerous, such as different cameras, different monitors, different lighting and environments. Color difference is everywhere, after all, machines are not as perceptive as human eyes. We will try our best to minimize the color difference between the actual product and the pictures. Color difference should not be used as a reason for negative feedback or returns and exchanges. If you are particularly concerned about the color of the product, please carefully consider before making a purchase.
5. About the product return and exchange issue
1. Please communicate with customer service before returning the product, and provide detailed information to ensure that your return can be handled promptly.
2. The defective products must be kept in their original packaging (please bring the packaging with you, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box outside)
3. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. If the color or style does not match, we will not provide exchanges or returns.
4. For damaged goods during transportation, you must raise a claim within 24 hours after receipt and contact our after-sales customer service to register. Any delay beyond this time will be deemed as acceptance of the goods in good condition.
The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: damaged or incomplete product packaging, missing product accessories or related documents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or use or storage not in accordance with normal methods.
