3. About Receiving
· A Please personally check the quantity of goods and whether the packaging is intact. If there are any missing or damage, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If you sign without checking, it will be deemed as no objection to accepting the goods. After that, if there are any problems, the store will not be responsible for any.
· B Please (or other consignee) must check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier logistics personnel (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier personnel sign to confirm.
Question 1: If the courier refuses to open the package together to check the contents, the solution is to keep the delivery receipt until you have completed your inspection, and then return it to the courier.
Question 2: If the courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing items, you can simply note down their phone number and name.
4. About Transportation
· Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by numerous factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.
·B We cannot control the delivery and logistics companies, and the arrival time given by our customer service personnel is just an estimated approximate time based on normal circumstances. We cannot and will not guarantee that the goods will arrive at a certain time. All we can do is to send the goods as fast as possible. Those who refuse to accept delivery or return the goods because the arrival time is too late, we will not accept. Therefore, please buyers, especially those who need urgent goods and buyers in remote areas, carefully consider the time risk before purchasing. At the same time, please respect our labor. Wholesaling is different from Taobao, where only a small parcel is involved, while wholesale requires the combination of various different goods into a package. Each shipment includes the hard work of our customer service personnel, order personnel, packing personnel, and shipping personnel, but there are a few bad customers who, after the goods have been sent out and even safely arrived at the destination, refuse to accept the goods, do not cooperate, and only ask for a refund. 5. About After-sales Service· A Damage: We will not assume responsibility for damage caused by transportation reasons (recommend choosing logistics companies with insurance such as DEBON and BEST). However, we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist the customer in resolving this issue. Our company will use double packaging and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or the person who receives the goods on behalf) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.
· B Returns and Exchanges: In principle, the company does not accept any returns for any reason after the sale of all goods (if the product has a quality issue or is sent incorrectly, it can be exchanged for a discussion, and the company will bear the one-way logistics transportation costs. All our quotes are factory prices without transportation costs).
·C If the product itself has quality problems or the function missing due to the transportation process, the company can provide exchange processing. Please feedback the product problem to us within 7 days after receiving the goods. If the after-sales problem is feedback after the deadline, please consult with the customer service. For quality problems of the product, please return more than 20 kilograms with ordinary logistics. After receiving the returned product, we will send the exchange together with the next time the customer's goods (if it is not possible to send together at the time of the next shipment, the freight is at the expense of the customer!) The buyer needs to ensure that the appearance and packaging of the returned product cannot affect our second sale, otherwise we will not accept the exchange or exchange at 50% discount.
