When applying for a return, please select 'I don't want it' or 'Already negotiated', and we have a shipping insurance for returns and refunds.If the attributes of the material itself (color, crystal internal structure, impurities, black spots, mining pits, ice cracks, cotton fluff, etc.) are not what you expect, don't say that it does not match the picture, because naturally, there are no two identical beads. Perfectionists should be cautious.

Bead size: 6-7mm. There may be a 1mm deviation in bead size, which is normal. You can contact customer service to take a picture of the actual product. If you do not inquire, it will be defaulted to accept the actual product as the standard.

Material: White Crystal, Aquamarine (White Crystal is naturally with "Iceberg" ice cracks and "Clouds and Mist" white cotton. Please be cautious when shooting if you mind)
