1. Ordering Rules

Refund and Exchange RestrictionsSingle order amount exceeding 200 yuan does not support unreasonable refund or exchange without reason.

Our factory specializes in the production and wholesale of jewelry. Our products are primarily mass-produced and are mostly handmade. There may be slight differences between different batches of products, and it is difficult to completely avoid minor imperfections (which do not affect sales). We recommend that you first take samples to inspect the goods. You get what you pay for. For customers with extremely high quality requirements, we suggest visiting the counter to make your selection.

Section Three: Colors and Styles

1.Color differenceThe color difference of the goods is unavoidable due to factors such as lighting, the color contrast and color temperature of computer monitors, and the illustration is for reference only. Please take the actual goods as the standard. Those who are sensitive to this should be cautious when shooting.

2.Packing RulesDefault to order-based shipping, no support for style or color notes (except for special instructions on the product page). We will try our best to meet your needs, but there may be stock shortages. If there is a temporary stock shortage, you can order a note of “stock shortage color random”, and we will inform you through Alipay or phone call.

Fourthly, after-sales service

1.Signature RequirementPlease personally inspect the goods and sign for them. If you are unable to do so, please inform the person who will sign for you in advance to inspect the goods.

2.After-sales serviceIf you encounter a shortage of goods or quality issues, please contact the after-sales customer service within 3 days after signing, and provide clear photos for confirmation. 3.Unsupported return and exchange situations

4.Special circumstances freight charge explanationIf a customer requests a full order return due to damaged or defective products, according to Alibaba's regulations, the shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
