Buyer Guide
Please read the following terms carefully by the buyer. If you have any objections, please confirm with customer service before placing another order.
Regarding retail and reissuance
1. Orders under 300 yuan are considered retail sales; no returns or exchanges are provided. In case of shipping issues, they can be resolved through negotiation. Please count the items in front of the shipping company staff to confirm there are no problems before signing for delivery.
2. If functionality is lacking due to quality issues, if replacement parts are required, no separate arrangement will be made. These must be included in the next restock or the cost of shipping must be borne by the customer.
Regarding shipping
1. After the customer places an order and pays, it is typically shipped within 2 days. Orders placed or paid after 16:50 each day are considered for shipment the next day.
2. If there are special reasons preventing timely delivery, we will contact the buyer promptly to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you very much.
Regarding logistics
1. Shipping: By default, Yunda and Zhongtong express services will be used.
2. Logistics: Shipping fees are typically paid upon delivery, and the goods must be picked up at the shipping station. The logistics company can be provided by the customer or selected by us based on suitability.
Regarding delivery
1. If there is a shortage, please leave us a message within 24 hours after receipt, and we will verify the situation for you as soon as possible.
2. In case the package is damaged or items are missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence. Decline the shipment and contact us for further action.
Regarding returns and exchanges
1. If the quality issue with the product causes the missing functions it should have, we will provide a refund or replacement, but the shipping cost incurred will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simply replacing the components).
2. Other reasons such as poor sales performance or not meeting expectations due to non-product quality issues will not result in returns or exchanges.
Regarding wholesale after-sales service

【Regarding Returns and Exchanges】
1. For goods worth less than 300 yuan, please count the quantity in person with the transportation company staff upon receipt. If any items are missing, the transportation company staff must sign to confirm it. We will contact the shipping company to compensate you, along with the amount for the missing items.
2. For goods worth more than 300 yuan, please inform us of the missing quantity within 24 hours after receipt. We will assist you in verifying the quantity and do our best to resolve the issue. If you fail to count or do not notify us of the missing quantity promptly, it will be assumed that the quantity is correct. Additionally, due to the high daily shipment volume, each item may run out at any time. In case of insufficient inventory leading to under-delivery, we will refund you or ship it together with the next order, but no additional replacement will be provided.
【Damage]: The responsibility for damage caused due to transportation will not be borne by our company. (It is recommended to choose logistics providers with insurance such as DePang, Jiaji, or Tiandi Huayu.) However, we are obligated to do our best to assist customers in resolving this issue. We will use well-packed boxes, add cushioning materials, and stack items tightly to prevent damage.
