7. If the self-picked parcel is not picked up within 48 hours, the express will be returned and the shipping fee will be deducted: 2 bottles - 5 yuan, 4 bottles - 8.5 yuan.

9. If the product is received within the validity date and is not expired, no refund will be provided. Products that cannot be frozen at -25 degrees in a refrigerator are not eligible for compensation.
