However, we will not cover losses caused by the customer's own reasons (such as not reviewing product details or product specifications. For example, a single pendant may not be linked, the product lacks a packaging box, or the size of the product differs from what was imagined). We hope customers will take more time to review and ask questions.

The product images are real-life shots, and the descriptions for each item are carefully accurate. Customers can purchase with confidence. If any serious errors occur due to company negligence, we will correct them promptly and provide free returns or exchanges.

We conduct strict quality checks on products; in case of quality issues, our company offers unconditional returns or repairs.

2. Requirements for members placing orders
