Since it is produced and sold in bulk by our own factory, a large amount of labor is required for inspection and distribution, resulting in low profits. (Minor dirt, slight frictions, and other minor issues are not considered quality problems. Everyone has different aesthetics and quality standards. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please place a small order first to see if it works, and then place a bulk order.
[1]. Our store offers 7-day no-reason return policy; returns cannot be made after the deadline.
[2]. Natural stones, natural pearls will have normal minor imperfections.
[3]. If there are issues such as obvious breaks, scratches, missing pearls, or fading, please provide photos of the item to the customer service for a return and refund process.
[4]. The daily shipment volume is high, so it’s not possible to inspect every item 100% upon receipt. Please check the items before receiving them, and contact customer service immediately if any issues arise for return.

1. Do all pendants come with chains?
Answer: All pendants and necklaces (paired with chains) in our store are sold separately. (Note: This is the way they are sold for wholesale orders.)
2. Are there gift packaging boxes available?
Answer: By default, we provide independent opp plastic sealed pocket packaging. If a gift box is required, it needs to be ordered separately.

3. Does it support drop-shipping?
Answer: We support drop-shipping. Notes for placing orders via drop-shipping:
1. The order address and recipient are, by default, the delivery address and recipient;
2. When placing an order, you must leave a note indicating proxy delivery. If no note is provided, we usually send the order slip along with the goods. Therefore, all responsibilities arising from any issues shall be borne by the sender!
3. Precautions: After the order is paid successfully, if there are any errors in the order details, please request a refund before we proceed with shipping. Once we start shipping (based on the order’s shipping date, not the courier’s scanning record), if you need a refund, please contact us via WeChat to retrieve the item. We will do our best to help you retrieve it. If the item cannot be retrieved, the shipping cost and goods will be the responsibility of the buyer. Thank you for your cooperation.
4. Will the shipping agent receive information about our store?
Answer: If you indicate proxy delivery when placing the order, we provide neutral packaging with OPP sealed pockets.
No shipping orders will be released via proxy distribution, and no information from our company will be left behind. Please leave a message when placing an order; otherwise, we are not responsible for anything.
5. When will the shipment be delivered?
Answer: Orders placed before 5 PM will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM will be shipped the next day. Please be patient and don’t rush!
