【Common Knowledge】 When using glasses, handle them gently and put them on with both hands. Close the left lens first, then the right one. When storing the glasses, avoid letting the convex surface touch any hard objects; keep them in a glasses case. If the glasses get dirty, use a special cloth designed for resin lenses to clean them. Ordinary cloths have loose fibers that can pick up sand, causing wear on the lenses. Also, do not use napkins to clean them. Instead, rinse the lenses with water first, and then gently wipe them with the specialized cloth.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. The following situations allow returns and exchanges
1. Damage to the product, wrong item shipped (color, style), missing items, large stains, or severe damage that renders it unsellable; returns and exchanges can be requested. When applying for a return or exchange, please take photos first and contact our customer service for coordination. If our company confirms it is indeed a quality issue, the shipping cost will be covered by us. We do not accept payment upon delivery; please cover the shipping cost first. The incurred fees will be paid directly to your designated Alipay account via Alipay. (Note: Returns made without contacting us will not be accepted.)
2. The following situations do not allow return or exchange
1. Occasionally, minor bubbles, scratches, or imperfections that do not affect sales are not considered quality issues. All eyewear manufacturers cannot avoid such problems—there are no products that are 100% perfect.
2. Man-made defects, color variations in the product, slow shipping, and poor service attitude from the logistics company.
3. Issues related to the buyer’s subjective judgment (e.g: not liking it, different from what was imagined, different from other products, material not meeting expectations, poor feel, lack of quality, etc.)
4. No desire to sell, difficulty in selling, inability to sell, etc.
5. If, after agreeing to a return or exchange, the item sent back does not match the style previously discussed with the seller, (due to the large volume of packages being shipped in and out, if it is received and signed for, no action will be taken. Please act with integrity.)
