Shipping Instructions:
This factory has entrusted “Bai Shi Express” with the delivery of goods (large items can be specified for logistics; please consult the customer service via Wangwang for details).
The following services cannot be provided at present; please be aware of this.
1. Delivery on a specified date and time
2. After the order payment is successful, modifying the delivery address that is not within the same city is not possible (if the order items are already in transit, changing the city address will also not be feasible)

For areas where Baishi Express cannot deliver, the items will only be delivered to nearby service points, and the buyer must collect them at the delivery point themselves.

Modify order:After your order 1688 is confirmed (by clicking "Confirm No Errors, Place Order"), it will be processed automatically by the 1688 order system. No manual modification of the products or quantities in the generated order is possible.

Return and exchange conditions:Our store offers a 7-day no-reason return service for consumers.
No return or exchange services will be provided for the following items:

Return Process:1. Please confirm whether the item you wish to return meets the corresponding return or exchange conditions.
2. Contact customer service to register relevant return or exchange information (please ensure you reach out to the customer service staff).
3. Log in to your 1688 account, select the product, click on return, and choose “Agreed with the seller” as the reason for the refund.
4. After the refund coordinator approves your request, the returned item will be sent back to the following address.
5. After sending the product, you need to return to the return page again and click “Fill in Shipping Information”. Fill in the shipping company, tracking number, and contact number.
6. After we receive your returned item and it is approved (verified that all components are present and it does not affect resale), we will process the refund within the specified time frame.
