The statement indicates that delivery is provided within 48 hours by Yunda Express, with SF Express supporting payment at receipt of delivery.
This process is applicable only to non-custom products (customization shall be based on mutual agreement; by default, it is not due to quality issues, and returns or exchanges are not supported).
Return and Exchange Conditions
No return or exchange services will be provided for the following items:
1. Items that have been used or damaged due to human error
2. Quality issues caused by the customer’s own reasons
3. Items received more than 7 days after delivery
4. The product list was not sent back, or the reason for return and the quantity of returned items were not specified on the product list.
5. The outer packaging, accessories, and complimentary items of the product have defects
6. Custom-made products
Return Process
1. Please confirm whether the item you wish to return meets the corresponding return or exchange conditions.
2. Contact customer service to register the replacement information (please ensure you reach out to the customer service staff).
3. Log in to your 1688 account, select the product, click on return, and choose “Agreed with the seller” as the reason for the refund.
4. After the refund specialist approves your request, the returned item will be sent back to the following address. (No cash payment accepted!)
5. After sending the product, you need to return to the return page again and click “Enter Shipping Information”. Fill in the shipping company, tracking number, and contact number.
6. After we receive your returned item and it passes the review process (verifying that all components are present and not affecting resale), we will process the refund within the specified time frame.
※ Your return request has been denied, possibly due to the application method not meeting the relevant regulations. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to avoid delaying the refund process.
Exchange Process
Due to the replacement issue, we need to confirm the inventory status of the product, so please contact customer service for assistance.
Under the condition that the customer service staff confirm there is stock available, please assist us with the following steps:
1. Contact customer service to register relevant replacement information (product color, quantity, replacement address, recipient, contact number, etc.).
2. Upon receiving the WeChat message from customer service confirming the successful exchange, please send back the exchanged item along with the completed return/exchange form (selecting the item for exchange) as soon as possible.
※Friendly reminder: To ensure your items are returned promptly, it is recommended to use a legitimate courier service.
3. After the product is shipped, please contact customer service again and provide the tracking number of the returned item, so that we can track the return and process a replacement for you more quickly.
4. The replacement item will be sent out as soon as the warehouse receives and reviews the returned product. Please make sure to check your email.
※Important Notice:
a) During the entire replacement process, please do not perform any actions in the 1688 system. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
b) Do not request a refund during the replacement process; otherwise, the replacement operation will not be possible
c) If the product is not shipped within seven days after registration for replacement, we will consider it as a waiver of the replacement request
d) Return & Exchange: The shipping costs for returning items and replacing them shall be borne by you.
