1. Regarding orders
All products can be ordered in the minimum quantity specified on the order page; there are no restrictions on the amount, and mixed orders are also supported!
II. Regarding Shipping
Under normal circumstances, we ship within 24–48 hours. All items available for purchase in the store are in stock. In rare cases where items are out of stock and bulk orders cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you promptly. We hope you understand! Shipping time may vary depending on distance, weather conditions, and the operational procedures of different shipping companies. Generally, after shipment, items in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai arrive in 1–3 days, in other regions in 3–5 days, and in remote areas in 5–7 days! If you haven’t received the item by the relevant time, please contact our after-sales customer service. (If delays or loss occur due to high sales season, increased shipment volume, or overflow in shipping companies, please understand that we will handle the situation properly.)
III. Regarding Products
This factory specializes in wholesale of accessories. Products are manufactured in bulk, primarily through manual processing. There may be slight differences between different batches; minor defects (that do not affect sales) are inevitable. It is recommended to obtain samples for free first. Everyone should understand that value is proportional to cost. Do not rely on your imagination—one’s imagination is limitless, and we cannot meet that expectation. Please understand!
IV. Regarding Colors
1. Most of the products in this store are photographed in person, with only a small number being online images. The colors have been professionally proofed to be as close as possible to those in the actual items. Due to factors such as lighting, color contrast and temperature of computer monitors, color differences are inevitable. The images are for reference only; please refer to the actual products. Please avoid taking photos if you are concerned about this. 2. Regarding styles and colors, we will deliver products based on the order unless special instructions are given (except for items with specific notes on the product page). 5. Regarding After-Sales Service
