All of our images are taken with real items, but due to factors such as lighting and shooting quality, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Additionally, computer components, graphics cards, and monitors vary, resulting in variations in the colors of the displayed items. Buyers who cannot tolerate color differences should not place orders!
Subjective reasons such as believing the product is too large or too small, poor sales performance due to the customer’s personal preferences and expectations, material thickness and texture that do not meet one’s needs, and differences from subjective imagination are not considered quality issues recognized by us.
After receiving the goods, if you have any questions, please contact us within 3 days. Do not leave a negative review without contacting us first; we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. However, we also ask those who use negative reviews as a threat to be ignored.
We have specially trained packing and packaging staff who will arrange the goods promptly and pack them properly for our customers. However, as our shipment volume increases, there are often shortages of products due to rapid sales of certain items, especially during peak sales seasons. Just now, some items were ordered but were already packed shortly after. Therefore, it is possible that some products may be out of stock after ordering. As a result, it is normal to take two to three days in some cases; we will try our best to arrange early delivery. For available items, we will strive to deliver on the same day, while for those that are out of stock, we will prepare them up to within three days. Please understand!
Solution to stock shortage issues: Generally, we will contact the buyer, explain the reason for the shortage, and obtain their consent to change the style or color, etc. If no contact is possible with the buyer, then it is assumed that we will deliver only as much as can be supplied according to the order. The remaining payment will be returned to the buyer.
Generally, we use the following modes of transportation:
If it is a shipping company, they usually deliver to the doorstep. However, in remote areas, the buyer needs to come to pick up the package in person.
If it is a logistics company, buyers generally need to pick up the goods from local logistics company branches and pay for transportation costs.
Please note: We attach a prominent label saying “Fragile” on all shipping boxes. Additionally, we remind the courier and logistics company to handle them gently as they are fragile. Therefore, buyers should check the outer packaging upon receipt. If there is any severe damage, cracking, or opening, please request compensation from the logistics company or courier immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us as soon as possible. However, we will not accept complaints after delivery has been confirmed. Buyers should take care to protect their rights. Thank you! It is also recommended to use Debon Logistics and Jij Logistics, as these two companies have high reputation and insurance coverage.
【Warm Reminder】
Missing items (the quantity was insufficient when the goods arrived, and no indication of undelivered items was provided): 1. For items worth less than 300 yuan, please count the quantity in person with the shipping company staff upon receipt. If any items are missing, please have the shipping company staff sign to confirm. We will seek compensation from the shipping company and reimburse you for the missing portion.
2For goods worth more than 300 yuan, please inform us of the missing quantity within 24 hours after receipt. We will assist you in verifying the quantity and do our best to resolve the issue. If you do not count the items or inform us of the missing quantity within 24 hours, it will be considered that the quantity is correct.
Additionally, due to the high daily shipments, each item may occasionally run out of stock. For shortages caused by insufficient inventory, we will refund you or ship it together with your next order, but no additional replacement will be provided.
PackagingDamaged items: We have the obligation and responsibility to assist the customer in resolving this issue. Please (or the person receiving the goods on your behalf) ensure that you check the quantity and appearance of the items together with the courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the items are damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm it.
Issue 1: The delivery person refuses to open the package together for inspection
Solution: Keep the delivery receipt with you after signing for it, and return it to the courier only after checking it thoroughly.
Question 2: The delivery personnel refused to sign to confirm the missing quantity
Solution: All you need to do is write down his phone number and name.
Product quality:All products are subject to multiple inspections during production, after production, and before shipment. They are only shipped once they are fully qualified. However, wholesale is not retail. If you have any issues, please contact our company immediately.
Regarding returns and exchanges:Return conditions -- defects in the product itself that result in missing functions or failure to meet normal standards, if the product has not been used and does not affect secondary sales, you may request a replacement with an equivalent value. Requests for restocking or returns must be made within 24 hours from the time of receipt of the order confirmation, and the items must be returned within 24 hours from the time of the request. The deadline is based on the scanning date of the buyer’s shipping or courier receipt.Other reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations... aside from issues related to the product's quality, we will not provide returns or exchanges.
