Instructions for returns and exchanges:
Before receiving the goods, please ensure that the outer packaging is intact and confirm there are no signs of damage or abnormalities before proceeding with delivery. If the outer packaging of the cardboard box is damaged, please count and verify the items promptly before the courier leaves. If any quality issues or incorrect quantities are found, contact us in front of the courier. If the watch is damaged upon receipt, inform our online customer service on the day of receipt, take pictures of the damaged item, and send them to us. Our colleagues will record this and handle it accordingly.
Regarding the specific solutions for returns and exchanges: (Once the product is sold, no return or exchange service will be provided if it is not due to quality issues. If there are any problems, please contact customer service within seven days.)
Option 1:If the watch is damaged or has quality issues upon receipt, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item. Due to the very low profit margin in small-scale wholesale, for products with quality issues priced below 500 yuan, both parties will share the shipping cost equally. Please inform us first when returning the item, pack it properly for us, have the buyer pay the return shipping fee, and once we receive and verify it is correct, we will reimburse 10 yuan via Alipay.
Option Two:If the watch arrives damaged or has quality issues, especially if the number is one or two pieces, please collect them first. On the day you receive the goods, contact the online customer service. Take pictures of the damaged items and send them to us, or describe the quality issue. Our colleagues will record this for you. In the future, if the cumulative damage reaches around 200 yuan, please send it back all at once. The watch you return should be sent along with your next purchase. Please inform us before sending it back, pack the product properly for us, pay the shipping fee first, and after we confirm it is correct, we will reimburse ten yuan in Alipay.
Option Three:Any damage caused by human error can only be repaired; the shipping cost is borne by the customer. Issues with the movement of the watch are repaired free of charge, while replacements for components are charged according to the respective costs. If you find this difficult to accept or prefer to order just one unit, please consider carefully, as when selecting a supplier, we are also choosing a customer—we aim to work with long-term partners.
Option Four:For customers who use proxy shipping, we will cover the ten yuan shipping fee for reimbursement in case of incorrect delivery costs. All other post-sale risks shall be borne by the customer themselves. We offer a seven-day no-reason return and exchange policy, and guarantee full refund for brand-new items upon return. Any impact on secondary sales will result in deducting relative depreciation fees based on the components involved. Both the outbound and inbound shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
