Inflating Instructions:

1. First, locate the balloon seal (usually composed of two layers of plastic paper), and insert the air nozzle between the two layers of paper.

2. Slowly insert the air nozzle into the seal area by 2–3 cm, then press the plastic paper with your fingers against the air nozzle (to prevent air leakage), and slowly fill it with air.

3. When the balloon is nearly 90% full (and starts to bulge slightly), reduce the inflation rate and slow down the inflation speed.

4.PS: Do not fill the gas too full, especially when used in high-temperature environments. After filling, simply press gently on the seal with your finger.

Buyer Instructions

1. Regarding shipping: By default, the products are shipped via Yuantong Express or Zhongtong Express. Packages exceeding 30KG can be sent via Zhongtong Express Freight or by consignment. Payments must be made before 4 PM on the same day for shipment that day; orders after 4 PM will be shipped the next day.

2. Regarding orders: The products are sold wholesale without being removed from the packaging. The wholesale profit is minimal, no price negotiation is allowed, and no shipping is provided.

3. Regarding color deviation: All products in this store are 100% based on actual photography. Due to differences in shooting conditions, technology, the characteristics of the aluminum film, and monitor variations, color deviation may occur.

4. After receiving the goods, if the buyer notices multiple air leaks in the same bag of balloons, please stop using it and contact customer service immediately to resolve the issue.

5. Balloons are special items; the seller cannot guarantee the perfection of each balloon, so perfectionists should be cautious when purchasing.

7. If you are not satisfied with our product, you may request a return or exchange (unused), but the shipping costs for the return or exchange will be borne by the buyer.
