04 About Receiving: We mainly deal in wholesale, in order to reduce the cost of our customers' purchases, we mainly deliver goods by freight stations. Upon receiving a notification of the arrival of goods from the freight station, please the customer personally goes to the freight station to pick up and sign for the goods. If someone like family members, friends, or gatekeepers signs for the goods, it will be considered as the customer's signature. If you need to have the goods delivered to your door, you can directly contact the freight station. If you find any damage or abnormalities to the boxes, please open and check them before signing. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please verify the damage with the freight station personnel and claim compensation or refuse to sign.

After-sales service: If you encounter any quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges. We will not accept any requests after this period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the product does not meet your expectations due to personal preferences, such as not liking it, significant differences from the pictures, or not meeting your expectations, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product.
