The warranty period for different products will be specified in detail in the contract, and the contract shall govern.

Our after-sales service work is always integrated throughout the entire process, including design, manufacturing, delivery, acceptance, installation, commissioning, use, and maintenance and maintenance after the warranty period!

1. Machine Manufacturing Service Commitment
After the contract is signed, the acceptance will be based on the finished products provided by the customer and the machine configuration parameters provided by our factory as the standard.
1. If the customer selects (mechanical equipment), we will arrange production directly and timely inform the customer of the production progress.
2. If the customer selects a product parameter that is non-standard, we will redesign, manufacture, and test until the product is completed according to the customer's parameters. Throughout the entire production process, the customer can send technical personnel to our manufacturing plant to supervise and inspect the whole process of manufacturing the contract products, ensuring the delivery date and product quality.
3. If the customer requests any changes or additions to the equipment during the production process, we commit to actively cooperating with the customer.
Section 2: Delivery and Acceptance Service Commitment
1. Notify the client two days before the delivery, suggest that the client arrange the goods inspection personnel, hoisting equipment, and if possible, determine a warehouse.
2. Upon the arrival of the goods, our professionals will contact you to determine the necessary accessories.
3. When unloading, you must choose the right storage site. If the product is stored outdoors, it must be protected against rain, moisture, and theft.
4. Upon acceptance, please carefully count the quantity of goods, ensure that the product model and quantity match the contract signed, and take timely remedial measures if there are omissions. The customer's acceptance personnel confirms the completeness of the packing list and the appearance quality of the products by visual inspection.
III. Installation and Commissioning Service Commitment

1. Within 24 hours of receiving the customer's installation notification, we will arrange for technicians.
2. Technicians develop the installation sequence and installation precautions according to the on-site conditions.
3. When the technical personnel arrive at the site, they will determine the commissioning scheme based on the site conditions and guide the customer to prepare for commissioning; if there are differences from the prescribed values, we commit to finding the reasons at the fastest speed.
Four. Service Commitment within the Expiry Date
1. Service Standards: We pledge that our service personnel will arrive at the site of use with politeness, amiable attitude, and will observe, think, and act less verbally and more effectively. If the after-sales personnel exhibit any of the following conditions, you may file a complaint:

3. Complain about those who blame external factors and conditions, or shift responsibility.
4. If the service is irregular and the attitude is rude, or if there is a dispute with the customer, complaints can be made.
Once we confirm that the after-sales service personnel have provided services that do not meet the standards, we will take serious action and continue until the customer is satisfied.
Quality Assurance Commitment
After-sales personnel will promptly determine the quality issues upon arrival and provide a rapid solution to the problem. If it can be handled immediately, it will be handled immediately. If it cannot be handled in time, after obtaining the consent of the customer, we will take all feasible measures to ensure the operation of the equipment. If replacement parts or equipment are required, we pledge to replace them unconditionally, and all parts within the warranty period will be free of charge.
After the warranty period, our service commitment
1. Free Training: Users can attend maintenance and maintenance training at the factory.
2. Regular follow-up: We will provide users with lifetime comprehensive tracking services.
3. Spare parts supply: After the warranty period, spare parts will only be charged at cost, and we will provide parts at the most favorable price for a long time.
