1. About courier/logistics:

2. About Shipping:
Payment made before 16:00 will be dispatched on the same day (if out of stock, we will notify you in real-time through Alibaba Messenger), while payments made after 17:00 will be shipped the next day (excluding holidays). Due to the large volume of shipments, we do not accept urgent orders. Please understand!
3. About returns/exchanges: (Please ensure that you fulfill the after-sales obligations within 7 days from the date of receipt after communicating with customer service.)
A. Regarding color differences and odor: The goods are photographed from the actual items. Due to differences in lighting and monitors, there may be some color and contrast differences. Some bags may have a slight odor, which usually disappears after a period of time in a well-ventilated place or after a few uses. These are not quality issues and therefore are not grounds for supporting returns or exchanges. If a return is made, our company will only refund the product price and will not refund the shipping costs.
B. Regarding dimensions: The details of the baby's size have been indicated. All measurements are manually made by people, and there will be an error of 2-5cm, which is normal.
C. Regarding quality issues or incorrect shipments: Please inspect for missing items and quality issues upon receipt. If there are missing items, please take photos and contact our customer service promptly. If more than 1-2 days pass, we will consider the goods to be complete and will not process a replacement. For quality issues, please contact our customer service immediately to communicate. If you need to exchange the goods, please bear the postage yourself (if you send the parcel back to us at our cost, we will refuse to accept it). The cost of re-shipping will be borne according to the platform's requirements.
Regarding goods that are misused, washed, or damaged by humans, our company has the right to refuse to provide exchange or return services, and the buyer is requested to handle the situation themselves.
4. Return/Exchange Process: (Return/Exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt)
A. For returned goods, all shipping costs after the goods are sent must be borne by the buyer, and the shipping cost is not refundable.
Please ensure that the original goods are well packaged when returning for a refund or exchange to prevent further damage during transportation. If the goods are damaged again during the return shipping process, we will refuse to sign for the package, and we will not be responsible for any resulting costs. Additionally, we will refuse to process a return or refund.
Before returning the goods, please confirm with our customer service. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We do not accept returns of flat mail and prepaid items. Please pay the postage to return the goods.
