1. Question: What does the weight indicate? What’s the difference between a cropped top and a cardigan?
Answer: The higher the weight, the thicker it is. A cropped top is in the T-shirt style, while a cardigan is in the sweater style.
2. Question: Customer service girl, which one would you recommend?
Answer: 20 grams is quite thin, and the design is also simple. It is not recommended to use 20 grams; 1 is too thin, so at least 40 grams is suggested. The open-back style with 40–75 grams, and the buttoned style with 75–105 grams, are the most commonly purchased styles for outdoor activities such as Jing Concert Marathons. These are the styles we highly recommend.
3. Question: Why is the shipping cost so high? Can we arrange logistics?
Answer: The default shipping fee we offer is for small orders via express delivery. For larger quantities, we provide express shipping (delivery to your location or self-pickup). If you find the shipping cost too high, please contact customer service to adjust it.
4. What if it is damaged? Can it be returned or exchanged? Who pays the shipping cost?
Answer: Since the one-time raincoat is hand-sewn, minor damage is normal. We will provide additional items as replacements for such damage. For major damages, we will either restock or offer a refund. With a low order quantity, we really can’t afford to handle minor damage with returns, so please be cautious when ordering if you have concerns.
5. Question: Can we customize our logo or follow our specifications?
Do you want a custom thickness style?
Answer: You can have the EVA raincoat printed with your own logo on it or on the packaging. The thickness and style can also be customized. For details, please contact the customer service agent.
