Return and Exchange Policy
1. The following situations allow for returns and exchanges:
1. If the goods are damaged, sent incorrectly (in terms of color, style), missing, have large stains, or are severely damaged to the point of being unsaleable, you can apply for a return or exchange. When applying for a return or exchange, please take photos first and then contact our customer service staff to negotiate the handling. If our company determines that the problem is indeed due to quality issues, the shipping costs will be borne by our company. We refuse to accept payment on delivery, so please pre-pay the shipping costs for us. The expenses will be directly transferred to your designated Alipay account through Alipay. (Note: If you return the goods directly without contacting us, we will not accept the return).
2. The following circumstances do not allow returns or exchanges:
1. Occasionally, small bubbles, scratches, or minor imperfections that do not affect sales are not considered quality issues. All eyeglass factories cannot avoid such problems, and there is no such thing as a perfect product.
2. Man-made defects, product color differences, slow logistics, poor service attitude of the logistics company.

4. Do not want to sell, difficult to sell, cannot sell, caught by the city management, cannot sell, etc.

All after-sales issues must be reported to our customer service within three days of receiving the goods (time of receipt of the goods is the standard). When applying for after-sales service, please provide the shopping order number. Each order will only be processed once for after-sales service.
