About shipping:Our store defaults to sending parcels with ZTO Express. If you need to specify a different courier, please contact customer service to indicate that you need to pay the additional postage fee. Orders placed before 17:00 on weekdays and Saturdays will be shipped the same day, otherwise the default is to ship the next day. If you have any special requirements for the product, please indicate them in the message to customer service.

About stock shortages:If there are product shortages for orders, we will try our best to leave a message on Alipay or call the customer immediately to explain the situation and the expected arrival time, and to negotiate with the customer to resolve the shortage problem. Due to working hours, for some customers who cannot be notified in time, if the received order does not match the number of products ordered online, please contact the customer service as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

About after-sales service:Please make sure to open the parcel in the presence of the courier to check if the goods are damaged and the quantity is correct. If you find any problems such as damage or lack, please refuse to sign. Once the parcel is signed for, it will be considered as acceptance of the goods. If there are any quality issues with the products, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Although each shipment is inspected by the quality control department before shipment (checking the goods, packaging, and QC), due to the large volume of shipments, there may be a few individual styles with inherent quality problems. If you receive goods with quality issues, you can contact the online customer service to take pictures and explain the reason, and negotiate to solve the problem.

About returns:Exchange and return policies are available for 7 days after receipt with no reason required. If the product has not been used within 7 days from the day of receipt, please return it in its original packaging and ensure it is in a condition suitable for resale (buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs if there is no quality issue). For products with quality issues within 15 days, exchanges can be made -- provided the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging, you can exchange it for another product of the same price (the seller will bear the return shipping costs for quality issues).

关于色差：All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items. Due to differences in monitors or lighting, there may be color differences. We have detailed descriptions. If you have any doubts, please consult the customer service to take a real shot of the product before purchasing.

关于评价：We take great care in running our store and place a high value on your feedback. If you have any dissatisfaction with the goods after receiving them, please contact our customer service to actively resolve the issue. Please do not give neutral or negative reviews without saying anything. Because a neutral or negative review is not a solution for both of us. It also cannot make you from dissatisfaction to satisfaction! Thank you for the strong support from all of you.

Product Material:Our main products are based on environmental protection alloy standards, and all products have detection certificates, supporting re-inspection. If some products are made of other materials, the specifications and materials will be noted on the product details page. The store pricing is already a wholesale price, and there is a risk of stock in stock. If you need to stock in bulk, please contact the customer service to confirm whether there is enough stock, and large orders are not subject to returns and exchanges.

Customized Processing: We are a direct factory, providing a one-stop service from design, pattern making, to production. We are capable of processing and customizing various styles of jewelry, and we welcome custom orders based on customer's designs or samples.
