2. Bulk Purchase: Our factory can provide marking services, which means customers can choose their own trademarks and we will arrange to mark them at the position they prefer.

3. Bulk Purchase: Customers can choose their favorite color box packaging, and they need to provide the color box design drawings.

Purchasing Notes: If you encounter any parameters about the product that are not specified in the product description or cannot be clearly understood from the product images (shape, size, usage, material, color, weight, etc.), please contact us before placing your order to obtain a clear response. ◆ Payment Method: The seller recommends using online banking transfer or bank transfer, or Alipay transaction. For bulk purchases or custom orders, a 30% deposit can be paid first, and the balance is settled after the goods are inspected and approved. For mixed batch or small-amount purchases, the goods are shipped upon receipt of payment.

About shipping costs: Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Large items are transported by logistics, and the general shipping cost is collected on a payment on delivery basis. The specific cost is determined by the logistics company based on the item (by volume or weight). If you specify a logistics company for shipping, you can communicate with the customer service in advance. For small quantities of samples, the company defaults to Yunda Express for shipping. If you need to send urgent parcels, you can contact customer service to send by SF Express.

About the receipt: Please check the goods in time after they are sent out. If you have not received the pickup notice within ten days, please inform the seller in time to facilitate the inquiry about the whereabouts of the goods. When the goods arrive at the logistics station in the city where the customer is, please check the goods packaging for damage before signing. If there is any damage, please do not sign, and please contact us in time.

Therefore, we use logistics companies with good service attitudes and reasonable prices for transportation. The logistics company does not deliver the goods to the door, and you need to pick them up yourself. However, if you sign without checking and then find damage later, the responsibility will be borne by the buyer, and we will not be responsible (if the customer signs after the damage is discovered, the freight company does not provide compensation). Therefore, please be cautious and careful when receiving the goods, and only after checking the goods are intact should you sign.

◆Transportation Time: The arrival time varies due to the buyer's location, transportation requirements, and different logistics companies. We do not commit to the transportation time. In case of holidays, rain, snow, fog, etc., logistics transportation may be delayed. The arrival time is beyond our control, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
