About after-sales service
If there are any problems caused by our negligence after receiving the goods, we can help you exchange them. If there are individual thread heads, holes, or broken edges, this is normal and does not constitute a quality issue. Orders that have been completed for more than seven days are not supported for any reason to return or refund.
About shipping
Orders should be shipped the same day if possible before 4 PM. Default shipping method is JZExpress. For larger orders, you can choose YTO Express or logistics. Please check the package for damage before opening if you receive it. If there is any damage, please contact the courier to inquire the reason first.
