【Shipping Instructions】
The shipment volume from this factory is increasing, but due to the rapid sales of toy products, there are often shortages of items. Therefore, it is possible that some orders may not be available. As such, it is normal for delivery to take two to three days. We will try our best to arrange early deliveries. Where items are available, we will strive to ship them on the same day. For those unavailable, they will be prepared within three days. Please understand!

【Delivery Instructions】
Please ensure the buyer signs the package in person when receiving it, after verifying that everything is correct. If you find any discrepancies in the quantity or damage to the goods, please seal it back as it was and refuse to sign. Contact us immediately in front of the logistics provider, and it can be returned after my confirmation. Once signed for, the factory shall not bear any responsibility. Please note this applies equally to issues arising after someone else signs for it; therefore, it must be signed for by the buyer themselves!

Regarding the pickup at the freight station, upon picking up the goods, it was found that the outer container was severely damaged and crushed.
