An厌氧 sealant is a one-component, high-viscosity, high-strength thread locking sealant. It cures between closely fitted metal surfaces when isolated from air, preventing loosening and leakage in thread fastening. It features heat resistance, pressure resistance, low-temperature resistance, chemical resistance, shock absorption, and anti-corrosion properties. It cures rapidly at room temperature, offers high strength, saves energy, has a low shrinkage rate, excellent sealing performance, does not cure when the sealant overflows, and is easy to remove. |

| Used for permanent locking and sealing of threads below M3.6 to prevent thread corrosion. Typical applications: end locking with double-ended studs (e.g., cylinder head double-ended bolts). | ||
| Instructions for Use: | ||
| 1. Clean the surface of the material to be bonded, keeping it clean, dry, and free from oil stains; 2. Apply sufficient glue solution to fill all the engaged threads; this product performs best with thin glue layers below 0.05mm. 3. For ultra-large diameter threads, larger clearance can affect the curing speed and strength of the product. This product reduces the friction generated during assembly (due to high torque and tension). In applications where the thread must be tightened to the critical value, it is necessary to determine this ratio first. |

| 1. This product contains acrylate, which may cause mild irritation to the skin and eyes; 2. During operation, if contact is made with the skin or eyes, immediately rinse with clean water or seek medical attention; 3. To prevent contamination of the original resin, do not pour the already poured resin back into the original packaging; 4. Maintain ventilation in the workplace to prevent children from accessing it; 5. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from high temperatures; 6. When using in bulk by users, please conduct a trial first to avoid affecting the bonding effect due to improper operation.
