The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it will not be used as a reason for returning the goods.

3. Our toys are of high quality and affordable, and they are really worth the money. However, some buyers have reported that the workmanship is somewhat rough with imperfections, and they feel that the materials are not of high quality.
