Business Introduction: Our company supports bulk, mixed batch, and one-time distribution. For more information, please consult our customer service. We are recruiting distributors and agents. About shipping: Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day; orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day. If for some special reasons we are unable to ship on time, we will notify the buyer immediately and ask for your understanding! Shipping is supported by courier/logistics/cargo, and the cost will be based on the quantity. If the goods are returned due to the buyer's reasons (such as incorrect information, inaccessible addresses, or unreachable contact), the cost will be borne by the buyer.

- Express delivery: default to ZTO Express. Please confirm with our customer service staff whether the express delivery can be delivered to your area before placing an order. (If you need to specify the express delivery, please negotiate with our customer service first). Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for the transfer fees caused by this.

- Logistics: For one or more boxes of goods, it is recommended to use freight, and the freight fee is generally collected upon arrival. The goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the buyer, or we can help you choose a more suitable one! (Note: We can only estimate the freight cost for the buyer, and the actual freight cost is the main amount when picking up.)

- All products are photographed with actual items, but there will be some color differences between the actual items and the photos, which is unavoidable.

- The weight specifications of the product include the packaging, which are all measured by hand and may have some measurement errors.

Exchange Conditions – If the product itself suffers from a quality issue leading to the loss of its intended functions, we will process a return or exchange. However, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If the issue is not due to the product's quality, the company will not provide a return or exchange. Shipping is completed by third-party logistics companies, which are beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions, and the estimated time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the product.

About the receipt:

- Express delivery: Please ensure that you personally sign and inspect the parcel upon receipt. If you find any missing, incorrect shipment, or damage, please contact us immediately. If there are any problems, please do not sign for the parcel. We will resolve the issue for you in time. After signing, according to the new regulations of Ali, the risk has been transferred to the buyer, and we will no longer be responsible for compensation. Please understand and forgive.

Logistics: When buyers pick up their goods, please carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the packaging tape is broken or missing, or the tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box and count to check, if you find any errors, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the compensation problem. If you cannot solve it, please do not take the goods first, contact us for consultation, otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accept the goods.

Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company. However, we will make every effort to assist the buyer to solve this problem. Our company will use better cardboard packaging, add cushioning, and compact stacking to avoid the occurrence of damage incidents.

Exclusion of Liability

1. All products sold by us are strictly inspected by quality inspectors. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free from defects upon arrival. The remaining 2%-3% is within the scope of exemption.

2. All the goods we send are brand new. Before shipping, we will inspect the product packaging to ensure it is intact and tidy, and the outer boxes are sturdy. However, during the transportation process, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation damage (such as minor scratches caused by collisions, or slight deformations in the packaging of some color boxes). The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. We will not assume responsibility for any damage caused by transportation. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it will not be used as a reason for returning the goods.

3. Some buyers have reported that our toys are slightly rough in workmanship, have imperfections, and are not made of high-quality materials, which do not meet their expectations. However, these issues do not fall under quality problems. We apologize for the buyers who are too picky. Please consider carefully before making a purchase, and if you have any questions, please consult us.

4. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is normal. All pictures are uploaded by actual shooting. Due to differences in light and monitors, there may be some color differences, please understand.
