B. If you have already made the payment, we cannot close the transaction for you. Please contact Online Wangwang. After completing the payment, log in to “My Alibaba”, select “Purchased Items”, and click to apply for a “refund”. We will promptly inform the relevant staff to process the refund once we receive your refund request.
C. If the customer service confirms that your item has been shipped, please return it promptly after receiving it. The return shipping costs shall be borne by you.
D. If the product has been delivered to the customer and receipt confirmation is within 15 days, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
E, if the delivery is confirmed more than 15 days later, no returns or exchanges are allowed, regardless of the reason.
