2. Returns and exchanges: Since the photos were taken in a studio, there may be differences in color compared to the images. There may also be minor variations due to factors such as screen resolution, monitor, and graphics card on each computer. This is normal! If the product packaging bag is damaged and affects secondary sales, no return or exchange will be provided.

3. Color difference issue: Due to individual perspectives and monitor issues, there will be a certain color difference between the actual product and the image. Just like when we take photos, the image appears brighter, while the real product is darker. Therefore, customers who care about color differences should consider carefully before taking the photo.

4. Review Issues: I attach great importance to every customer’s review and strive for perfect service. If you feel any dissatisfaction after receiving your item, please do not rush to leave a review right away. Contact the seller promptly to discuss further—we will definitely find a suitable solution for you. Also, please provide a sincere review after we resolve your issue.

5. Quality issues: A dedicated department will pack the products before shipment, and there should be no quality problems. However, it is impossible to ensure 100% perfection. The images lack watermarks, and the products are essentially replicas. If there are any discrepancies compared to genuine items, we are unable to accommodate such requests. If the products indeed have inherent defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will resolve this for you promptly.

A. The return shipping costs for returns due to non-quality issues shall be borne by the buyer.

B. When returning or exchanging items, please ensure they are in the same packaging as before, and do not affect future sales, including packaging bags, etc.

C. Please sign for the goods in person upon receipt, and check that the items are undamaged before the delivery staff does so. If someone else signs for them or you discover damage after signing, we have the right not to accept your return or exchange request~!

This is especially true during bad weather or legal holidays, where delays are common. Due to differences in shipping times across regions, deliveries may not occur on weekends. Additionally, the quality of staff at each courier branch varies; there may be instances where staff behave poorly or packages are damaged. These are unexpected factors that sellers cannot predict.
