About the return
Only returns due to quality issues with the product are accepted. You can contact the online customer service in time within the specified period to resolve the problem. If the time limit is exceeded, no action will be taken. We do not accept returns due to color differences, subjective preferences, or personal dislikes.
About shipping fees
Due to quality issues with the product, the store will bear the return shipping costs. The customer must prepay for the shipping costs. After the warehouse receives the goods and confirms there are no errors, the shipping costs will be refunded. We do not accept items that are sent to us COD (Cash on Delivery) or returns for any reason without the customer's consent. Shipping Notification

If the warehouse is unable to contact the customer within 48 hours and cannot ship the goods, it will arrange to ship the goods first. The customer will apply for a refund after receiving the goods. Orders with a balance of less than 100 yuan will not be individually re-sent. Online shipping time from the back-end is from 5 PM to 6 PM.
