About the delivery time

Default to China Post Express. Customers who successfully place an order by 4 PM will have their orders shipped that same day (SF Express by 5 PM). Orders placed after 4 PM will be shipped the next day. You can check the status after 9 AM. If the shipment has not been sent, please contact customer service. For special requests, please consult customer service in detail.  

Return and Exchange Policy

The merchant assumes the freight charges.If you receive a product with the wrong style, color, size, or quality issues, we will bear the initial shipping costs and return shipping costs (excluding SF Express). Please take a photo of the product and send it to our online customer service team for verification and processing. Please note that if the damage is caused by personal damage and returned privately, we will not be responsible.
