Section Two: About Receiving Goods

III. About Returns and Exchanges

If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, the damage and losses caused by the return of the product will be large, and the refund will be made at 80% of the original price. 2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 5% is considered normal. We will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair the damage, but we do not send them separately.
