Return and Exchange Policy
1. If you find a product with a malfunction within 7 days after receipt (the date of receipt is determined by the shipping receipt signature), please contact us immediately. We will refund the return shipping fee of 5 yuan. We will not accept any claims after the 7-day period.
2. When the customer receives the goods, they must open the box for inspection. If there are any problems, they must first refuse to sign and then contact us. If the goods are received without following the requirements, and the damage or loss is caused by the logistics, we will not assume any responsibility and will not bear the return freight costs. (Before shipping, there are inspection, monitoring, and weight records).
3. All customers are requested to protect the complete packaging of the product, ensure the completeness of accessories or related documents. If the completeness is not met, we have the right to refuse to sign for the shipment and demand the buyer to compensate for the loss. For products with quality issues, we will provide exchange within the specified time period.
4. There is an acceptable 2% defect rate and damage in goods and orders. If there is severe damage after each transaction, please contact customer service within 2 days. If you fail to do so, we will consider you to have waived the customer service rights, and we will not accept your application.
5. For any damage rate exceeding 4% of the order, the buyer is responsible for the additional costs. That is, apart from normal wear and tear, we will compensate for a maximum of 1% damage per order.
The following circumstances are not subject to exchange or return.

If the customer returns the product without communicating with our customer service, our company will reject the return if it is sent using a courier with a 'pay upon receipt' option or any other method.
3. All returns must be made using the real name of the customer (i.e., the name of the person who placed the order). Before sending the return package, it is necessary to communicate with the customer service and send the return list. The return package must include a return list to facilitate staff inquiries and improve efficiency.
4. If the return is made without prior communication with customer service, the return will not be accepted.
