Product Introduction
Product Description:
This is a new type of insulation material, which is soft, lightweight, and easy to install. Its structure is made of aluminum foil and polyethylene, processed by special machinery. The appearance of this product has solved the discomfort felt by the body and the environmental hazards caused by traditional glass fiber and foam materials, and also has a certain blocking effect on ultraviolet rays that can penetrate through iron sheets, concrete, wood, and ordinary insulation materials into the room. On the one hand, this insulation material has good insulation, heat radiation, insulation, and anti-radiation functions; on the other hand, it can play a certain role in damp-proofing, insulation, and energy saving through its material characteristics in building applications (roof, walls, floors).
Features:
1. Lightweight, soft, dust-free, easy to install.
2. It has good thermal reflection, insulation, sound insulation, anti-radiation, anti-vibration, and shielding functions;
3. Moisture-proof, sun-proof, water-resistant, and has good sealing properties, which helps in energy conservation and insulation.
4. Summer: It has good moisture-proof, sunscreen, heat insulation, and saves cooling functions;
5. Winter has a certain insulation effect, which can save heating and has good energy-saving effects. For specific details, please contact customer service at 18639026652.

Installation Method
Method 1: A simple method is to use waterproof double-sided tape, and at the joints of the film, apply waterproof double-sided tape to secure it. Then, use waterproof pure aluminum tape to adhere the overlapped areas of the films and the areas where the film meets the ground or glass.
Method 2: Use short pieces of iron sheet or PVC strips to press the insulation material in place. Then, use tacks or small steel nails to attach it to the insulation.
Method 3: Tin Roof: If the tin shed is already completed, directly use the special aluminum pressure strip for sunshade panels (available locally for about 1.5 yuan per meter) to drill holes and install pull-out nails, which is sufficient to resist the wind. (Applying a layer of varnish on the surface makes it more durable); Alternatively, you can use wire to secure it under the tin tiles or install a ceiling. For a new tin shed, lay insulation on the steel frame first, secure the corners with zip ties, and have the insulation overlap by 10 cm between the two pieces. Then cover the iron tiles.
Method 4: For cement roof tops, simply use bricks or something to press down to prevent the wind from blowing away. You can collect them after September and lay them out again next year.
More durable. Or use the special aluminum pressure strips for sun-resistant panels, and add 1.5cm small steel nails, just nail them onto the cement surface (you can do the same for the west-facing wall). If you install them under the ceiling on the roof, it's better to nail a wooden frame like you would for a ceiling installation.
