How many batches are involved, and is mixed ordering supported? Are there any restrictions on the amount? How is the shipping cost calculated?
We specify the weight for each product. When you place an order, the system automatically calculates the weight. The shipping cost is generated automatically based on the weight, and this generated cost is the fee for shipping via courier. If needed
Send the package, contact customer service to modify the shipping cost, and the shipping fee is paid upon delivery.
Is the listed item in stock? What if it's not available?
All of our products are available for immediate sale. The items displayed on the page that allow ordering are in stock, so you can purchase with confidence. Due to the wide variety of products and high daily sales volume, some items may be unavailable.
We apologize for any shortages caused by the timely removal from the market, and we will contact you by phone or Wangwang to resolve the issue.
I have already paid. When will the shipment be made, and how long will it take to receive the goods?
Due to the high volume of shipments daily, we will ship items in order of payment within 24–48 hours after your payment is confirmed. Shipping time may vary depending on distance, weather conditions, and the operational procedures of different courier services. Under normal circumstances, items typically arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai within 1–2 days; in Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing, and Tianjin, it usually takes 2–3 days, while in other regions it ranges from 3–5 days, and in remote areas from 4–7 days. Shipping outside the province generally takes 3–7 days! If you haven’t received your item after the specified period, please contact our customer service. (If there are delays or losses due to increased shipment volumes during peak online sales seasons or when courier companies experience capacity constraints, we appreciate your understanding, and we will handle the situation appropriately.)
What should I do if the received product has quality issues or is out of stock?
If there are shortages or quality issues with the items after receiving them, please contact customer service promptly within three days. For quality problems, please take photos upon receipt and send them via Wangwang; we will provide you with a satisfactory solution. If the item is indeed out of stock as indicated on the list, please contact our customer service to request a refund.
I have received the item, but I don’t like it very much. Can I return or exchange it?
If you are not satisfied with the product or do not like it, you may return or exchange it without using it, provided it has not been sold again, and the shipping cost is on your own.
The following situations do not allow returns or exchanges
The packaged returned product is damaged or incomplete, and the accessories or relevant documents are missing.
B Unauthorized repair or modification;
C has not been used or stored according to proper methods;
D: Products with a strict after-sale service period.
Seasonal products will not be refunded after the expiration date (e.g., fans in summer and thermal patches in winter).
F: No returns or exchanges for products that have already been removed from our company’s inventory.

Ordering will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms
(II) Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will try our best to notify customers by phone for any out-of-stock items. As the profit on these products is low, after receiving the goods, a refund will be requested for the out-of-stock items listed in the shipping list, and no replacement will be provided.

(t_5) For items out of stock that require notification, please note “Please notify me if the item is out of stock” in the order message!
(t_6) Regarding shipping, items without notes will be sent using the default shipping method of this store. If delivery is not possible, contact the customer to arrange other shipping options. A surcharge will be required for using alternative shipping methods.
