2. After you make the payment, we will begin arranging the printing, production, and sample printing. We will take photos of the sample to get your confirmation for production, then process, pack, and ship the goods.

3. The number of custom embroidered LOGOs is unlimited, but fewer quantities result in higher costs. Towels with custom embroidered LOGOs are not refundable or exchangeable.

2. Gold foil printing and customized printing for gift boxes:

1. First, please provide the LOGO source file, and we will create a simple layout based on the customized gift box specifications.
