All the goods we send out have undergone several processes of selection and inspection to ensure that the products are perfect. If you have concerns or cannot tolerate any imperfections, please be cautious when placing an order!

2. Our crafts are imported from Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Indonesia, and India. The production cycle for Thai products is usually half a month. Goods from Indonesia and India take longer because there is a period of time in between. Therefore, each batch of goods may not be exactly the same as the ones shown in the pictures or the ones you originally received. There may be slight differences in individual products (in terms of color, shape, or size). If you have any concerns, please consult the customer service before making a purchase.

3. Hand-measured dimensions may have some errors, for reference only, actual dimensions should be determined by the actual item.

Article Two: About Receiving and Signing

1. Valuables, please ensure personal receipt.

2. Inspection: If you receive a courier, please open and inspect the package in the presence of the courier. If there are any problems, contact customer service for processing. If you receive a logistics, please open the wooden frame packaging at the logistics company and inspect it carefully. If there is any damage, immediately claim from the logistics company and contact customer service.

Section Three: About the Fees

1: The default shipping method for small items is Yunda Express; for large items, we use ZTO Logistics. If you cannot be delivered, please contact our customer service.

2: Due to the special nature of the goods, the customer has the freedom to choose their own courier and logistics services. The logistics service does not include home delivery. If the buyer is unable to pick up the goods, they can request the freight company to deliver them to their door, which will incur additional delivery charges (the exact amount depends on the local situation). Since delivery costs vary by region, the buyer can choose to pay the freight upon arrival and directly pay the courier company.

3: Hair and beard EMS, SF Express, remote areas, overseas and county-level cities and districts below the city's shipping fees need to be consulted with the courier company in advance. Most need to pay the postage, please understand!
