1. Minimum Order Quantity

Sample Fee
Whether it is a retail, wholesale, or gift order customer, we treat everyone equally and do not provide free samples. If you need a sample, it will be charged at the retail price. After the order amount reaches a box, the difference in sample prices will be returned.
III. About Freight Charges
Can be sent by logistics and express.
Generally in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui, if the quantity is not particularly large, we mainly send by express delivery. The standard charge is approximately 5 yuan for the first weight plus 1 yuan for each additional weight (the price for extremely large volumes is calculated separately). Our company has a long-term cooperation with Yunda Express, and we can also accept customer-specified express delivery services. The express delivery fee is paid together with the payment for the goods, and the cost is charged according to the actual weight and different regions.
Other regions customers are mainly shipped by logistics, and large customers can specify dedicated logistics.

Fourthly, Product Pricing
The pricing of our products has been reported based on the most advantageous factory price. Generally, the station's price is the main one. (The station's quotation is the factory shipping price, without invoice, excluding shipping costs, and any other fees), as the toy materials may fluctuate at any time. Please ask the customer service on the Alipay before placing an order to confirm the price!

6. Shipping Time
After the customer pays for the order and the order is generated, we will arrange the goods immediately, and the goods will be shipped within 1-5 days. Due to the need for stock preparation (some products may be out of stock and need to be prepared), please try to place your orders as early as possible according to the actual situation, so as to avoid the need for immediate arrangements when you are in a hurry, which may affect your business development. For each order, if the goods arrive on the same day, we will ship them on the same day. Please don't worry about this. Regarding logistics freight, all freight charges are paid upon arrival, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the customer or by our staff to choose a more suitable one for you!
Note: We can only estimate the freight costs for the goods on behalf of the buyer, and the actual freight costs are subject to the amount at the time of pickup. The shipping time is within our control, but the arrival time at the freight station is beyond our control. Please understand this!
7. Receiving Standards:
1. Please carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics freight company personnel when you pick up the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open the seal and count to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away at first. Contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
2. All products of our factory are strictly tested before shipment. Since they are plastic toys, we guarantee a quality assurance pass rate of over 97%-98%. There is an unforeseeable problem rate of 2%-3%, which is within the scope of exemption. Of course, we will replace any quality issues for all our dear customers.
3. Since we ship through logistics companies, which use large trucks for transportation, there may be some minor damage in normal transportation. Each logistics company has an agreement. Please specify the logistics and transportation company you need. Damage to toys during transportation may occur from time to time, and we do not assume the risk of the transportation party. It is recommended to buy insurance during the transportation process, with normal handling fees of 3%-5%. Please carefully inspect the goods before picking them up.
4. We ship on behalf of our clients and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All shipping costs are collect on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there are any damages, the shipping costs can be used as a guarantee. Generally, it is recommended not to prepay.
8. After-sales Service
For products with quality issues due to the 'special emphasis introduction', the return shipping costs for replacement are the buyer's responsibility. After receiving the returned product, we will send the replacement together with the next customer's order (if unable to send together with the next shipment, the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility!)
