About After-sales Service
Wholesale business has low profit margins. If you are not satisfied with the product or there are issues such as damage caused by logistics, we do not accept refunds or discounts! Three percent is considered normal for transportation losses, please understand. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees! We are a powerful manufacturer and will strictly ensure that the preparation and sealing of the boxes are well done.
2. Our company goes through three inspection procedures such as picking, checking, and packaging to fully control the situation of short delivery or omissions. Each order will have a detailed list sent with the goods. When receiving the goods, you must count the goods in the presence of the courier! If there is a shortage, please contact us as soon as possible! Do not come to us after signing to say that you have not received anything. The problems after signing are the responsibility of the recipient! (If the gatekeeper signs for you, it also counts as signing if it is not signed by yourself)
About the exchange and return of goods
1. For products purchased at our store with quality issues, a return or exchange can be processed within seven days.
