Shipping fees vary by region; for details, please contact customer service. If you need to arrange logistics, contact customer service to adjust the shipping fee. All logistics fees are prepaid.
II. Regarding Delivery
Please carefully check the surrounding area of the box when receiving it. If you notice severe deformation or damage to the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, incomplete sealing adhesive, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please unpack and inspect the goods in person! If there is any shortage or damage, do not take the goods away yet. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any issues.
III. Regarding Returns and Exchanges
1. Exchange or return if there is no quality issue;
If the buyer needs to return the item due to personal reasons, due to the damage caused by the return shipping, a 20% discount on the original price will be applied for a refund. If more than one month has passed, we do not offer returns or exchanges without quality issues. If there is no other option, please contact our customer service. Note: (The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For items with free shipping, we will charge the shipping cost at the time of delivery)

For long-term orders, wear and tear on products can be accumulated, and a uniform exchange/return is available.
3. Damage to the goods during transportation:
Please ensure the unpacking and inspection are done in front of the logistics or delivery staff when receiving the goods. The cardboard box is elastic, while the plastic toys are not, so there is a possibility that the outer box may remain intact but the contents could be damaged. Please verify the items before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits; we will provide a service to send additional parts for repair upon reordering, but not a separate replacement. The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
