If there is any shortage or damage, do not take the goods away yet. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any issues.

III. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

1. Exchange or return if there is no quality issue;

If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, since the return process will cause significant damage due to shipping, a 20% discount on the original price will be applied for a refund. If more than one month has passed, we do not offer returns or exchanges without quality issues. If there is no other option, please contact our customer service. Please verify the goods before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits; we will provide a service to send additional parts for repair upon reordering, but not a separate replacement. The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
