Instructions for Purchase:

01 Product Description: All product descriptions include instructions on packaging and ordering methods. Please place orders according to these requirements. If you have special requests, please confirm with customer service first before placing the order and leaving a note.

03 Regarding shipping: After the buyer pays for the order, we will ship within 48 hours (two days). Generally, orders and payments made before 4 PM will have the goods delivered on the same day (except during holidays).

We will contact you by phone or WeChat if the product is out of stock. The products sent will not be included in the list; please note this if you have a request.
04 Logistics & Shipping: Collaborating couriers include Shentong, Yuantong, Zhongtong, Baisi Express, etc. For other carriers, please contact online customer service. If the package does not arrive or you need the item urgently, please contact customer service to arrange delivery via SF Express (a fee difference will be required).

A solemn statement: We have no control over shipping and logistics. Please do not use your dissatisfaction with the service attitude or delivery time to evaluate us.

06 Regarding delivery receipt: Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they arrive. If it is signed for by family members, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as your own signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing for them.

If the product is damaged during transportation, please directly verify, claim compensation, or refuse acceptance with the delivery staff.

07 Regarding after-sales service: If there are any quality issues (incorrect delivery, missing items) within seven days from the date of receipt, please contact us promptly. We will provide a response regarding replacement, return, or exchange. No further action will be taken after this period. If there are no quality problems, the sold products cannot be returned or exchanged. Products purchased due to buyer’s personal reasons—such as not liking, being unsatisfactory, dissatisfaction, or not meeting expectations—cannot be returned or exchanged.
