Color variation issue with products: All products are photographed using real items. After shooting, to minimize color deviation, we have corrected the colors using various methods.
======About after-sales service======
1. Regarding shipping: After the buyer pays for the order, we will ship within 48 hours (two days). Generally, orders and payments made before 4 PM will have the goods delivered on the same day.
(Except on Sundays) If there is a shortage, we will contact you by phone or WeChat. During shipping, a dedicated staff member will verify the delivery list and the goods, and after confirming everything is correct, they will pack the items.
2. Shipping and Logistics: Our default shipping provider is Yuantong. For other shipping options, please contact the online customer service. If the shipment does not arrive or if you need the item urgently, please contact customer service to arrange Shunfeng or postal shipping.
Statement: We have no control over shipping and logistics. Please do not use complaints regarding shipping service attitude and delivery time duration as the basis for evaluating us.
3. Regarding delivery receipt: Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they are delivered. If it is signed by family members, friends, or a security guard, it shall be regarded as your signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing.
If there is any damage during transportation, please verify it directly with the delivery personnel, or reject the delivery.
4. Regarding after-sales service: If there are quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us promptly. We will provide a response regarding return or replacement, and no further action will be taken after this period. If the quality is fine
, no return or exchange will be processed. Reasons such as personal preference, significant differences from the image, dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, or the product not being as good as imagined, which are primarily based on subjective factors, will not lead to any action.
No returns or exchanges are allowed for purchased products. However, if the product has objective quality issues such as rust, paint peeling, or missing parts, it will be accepted for return or replacement.
