Please check the items according to the order details before the delivery driver leaves the scene. If any discrepancies in quantity or damage to the items are found, please contact us immediately; we will assist the member in handling the related after-sales issues. If the delivery driver leaves and the member fails to check the items, the consequences shall be borne by the member.

【Regarding Out of Stock】
Due to the continuous increase in product styles, if certain styles are extremely popular or still in production at the factory, stock shortages may occur. For orders where fewer than five items are available, we typically do not notify the customer; instead, we will send any available items to you as soon as possible. After you receive the goods, you can either return the corresponding amount for the missing items or request a replacement in future orders. Since shipping additional products incurs significant costs, if a separate replacement is necessary, the shipping fee is to be borne by the customer, and our company is unable to cover this cost. If there are significant stock shortages (generally starting from five items), we will notify you via email or phone. We will arrange further steps after you make a decision.

【Regarding Returns and Exchanges】

If there are any issues with the product quality, please contact us promptly within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Each product goes through multiple inspection steps from production to storage and distribution, but we cannot guarantee that every item delivered will be of acceptable quality. For defective products, we usually have the customer store them temporarily. Defective products from multiple orders will be returned again. The return shipping cost is covered by our company; the buyer pays the shipping fee upfront, and we will refund the amount via Alipay once we receive the goods. For items paid for at delivery, we reject them.
