Customization Instructions

If you have requirements for custom orders in bulk, please contact customer service. Before confirming the custom order, please help confirm the following information:

1. Are there product design drawings, or reference samples?

2. If there are no design drawings, but you have a specific logo that needs to be designed, we can provide free design services for you;

3. Please confirm the product dimensions;
4. Surface polishing of the product, requirements for electroplating treatment;
5. The quantity for custom orders; our minimum order quantity is 120 pieces (except for a few products with molds).
6. Please confirm the accessory styles and quality requirements of the product so that we can calculate the price more accurately;
7. The product is custom-made, and mold costs need to be paid. If you are producing it based on our current products, you only need to pay for printing the logo on the packaging card master plate.
8. Our payment terms require: full mold costs to be paid upon sample production; the sample production fee will be refunded based on the order quantity when the sample is confirmed for production. The sample fee ranges from 150 to 200 yuan per design and can be deducted from the payment. A 30% deposit must be paid in advance. If delivery is done in batches, payments should also be made in installments. The remaining balance shall be paid in one lump sum after the goods are inspected and approved prior to shipment.

2. Regarding size

The product dimensions are measured manually, and there is a normal error of up to 2mm.
3. Regarding colors

All products are photographed in real life, and certain errors are acceptable due to differences in monitors and color temperature.
4. Regarding customer service

Customer service is available from 9:00 to 18:00. It may not be online at other times, but you can leave a message.
5. Regarding after-sales service

7-day return policy, 15-day exchange policy – just provide the damaged components.
6. Regarding shipping

For in-stock products, orders placed before 16:00 on the same day will be shipped on the same day; those placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day. Shipping methods are random. SF Express requires payment at delivery.
