3: Are the products listed in stock? What if there is a shortage? All of our items are available immediately for purchase; those displayed as purchasable on the page are indeed in stock, so please feel free to buy. Due to the wide variety of products and high daily sales volume, there may be occasional cases where some items are not promptly removed from the list, resulting in shortages. We apologize for this and will refund you for any items that are unavailable or not shipped. Please contact customer service as soon as you receive your order. 4: I have already paid. When can the shipment be made, and approximately how long will it take to arrive? Since our company handles a large volume of shipments daily, we will ship according to the payment order within 24–48 hours after payment. The delivery time may vary depending on distance, weather conditions, and the operating procedures of different shipping companies. Items in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai are delivered promptly.
3. For customer specifications regarding product colors or styles, we will do our best to meet them, but we cannot guarantee all requests. No returns or exchanges will be provided if the color or style does not match.
4. In the case of sending products not sold by our company to our company, we reserve the right to refuse processing all returns or exchanges and have the customer bear the shipping costs, with the goods being returned directly to the customer.

1. If any quality issues with the product are discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), please contact customer service immediately. Claims after this period will not be accepted. 3. The following conditions do not qualify for a refund or exchange:
A. The package of the returned product is damaged or incomplete, or the accessories or related documents are missing;

D. Refunds are not available for colors that do not match the original color, or for items beyond the after-sales service period;
E. Seasonal products will not be refunded after the expiration date (e.g., fans in summer and thermal patches in winter).
